Kardian World is governed by its citizens through a three-tier system, not a central authority. Voting power blends three sources by weight — 60% token stake, 25% reputation, and 15% land representation — and no single address, including the team's own, can ever exceed 5% of total voting power.

A nine-seat Kard Council reviews and prioritizes proposals, all bound by the same 5% power cap as everyone else. Every governance decision passes through a timelock scaled to its consequence, so nothing controversial can be pushed through overnight.
